As the Executive Director of My Future Pathways, Bratzo is passionate about empowering underprivileged and first-generation students to achieve their full potential through education, mentorship, and personal growth.

In his role, Bratzo oversees the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and values. He is committed to creating innovative programs that foster educational and personal development, while actively advocating for the needs of the youth in the community. His expertise in resource development has been instrumental in securing financial support and building lasting partnerships with donors and stakeholders.

His broad experience also includes owning and operating local businesses, contributing to his understanding of community needs and effective management practices
